Apollo is on loan to HorseFriends by Linda LeJeune, who has owned him for many years. He is a beautiful Arabian who is the delight of many - due to his dished face and great big eyes!
Buzzy is a registered foundation Quarter Horse. He is now owned by Ashley Einwaechter, who generaously loans him to HorseFriends. Buzzy is one of our oldest horses at 27 years young! He still has plenty of energy and spunk for his age!
Cici is a Quarter Horse. Her "parrot mouth" helps others with disabilities relate to her, and she helps people see the true importance of what is on the inside rather than the outside.
Do-Dah was a rescue horse many years ago. He is a Morgan/Quarter Horse cross. He was generously donated to us by Linda Lucas. Before donating him, Linda trained him to 2nd level dressage. He loves to "smile" for treats.
Formerly called "Bent," MoonPie was a wild mustang in her younger years. Now she loves her life as a HorseFriends horse. Because she is our smallest horse (standing 14.2), she is a favorite among children. See her story under "Horse Devotion Book."
Teddy is the newest addition to HorseFriends. He is a registered Quarter Horse and is blind in one eye.
